[Editors: As the San Diego Union-Tribune takes a look at the current temple renovation, this image seemed fitting.]
Early morning at the San Diego Temple (just 1 of over 100 photos I took of the Temple that morning!).

Nice, D. Wenger. Thanks for contributing.
In a few months I’ll hopefully be a few blocks from this temple – images like this one get me excited for the move.
I took 66 pictures around the Seattle Temple Monday morning. So, yeah.
A glimpse of eternity!!!
Childe Roland to the Dark Tower came.
Am I the only one that thinks that picture is a little creepy? When I first saw it, I thought, “Whose Transylvanian castle is that?”
Great picture, Dad. :)
Orwell:
I can see where one could think that.
Holy crap that’s the scariest looking place in the world! Stay away! Stay away!
Nice photograph.
Oh my gosh. They are already renovating the San Diego Temple? I lived in SD when it was built and dedicated. I still have a magnet on my fridge that a YW leader gave me of a photo she took right when it was finished. Now I feel old.
Funny, but I’ve always thought that it resembles the gunstar from “The Last Starfighter”!
When the San Diego Temple was new, my grandmother told me that it had an atrium above the Celestial Room. I thought she said ‘aquarium.’ For a number of years, I went around telling people there was an aquarium in the ceiling of the Celestial Room in that temple. ~
I thought the San Diago Temple one of the most beautiful modern buildings I have ever seen.
