Times & Seasons Welcomes Jayme Blakesley

Times & Seasons is pleased to welcome our newest guest blogger, Jayme Blakesley.

Jayme is as an Attorney-Advisor with the Federal Transit Administration, where he works on a variety of transportation issues. A frequent speaker on Transit-Oriented Development and Public-Private Partnerships, Jayme has presented at numerous conferences, seminars and workshops in recent years. In November 2007, Jayme was awarded the Secretary’s Award for Outstanding Achievement (Gold Medal), the Department of Transportation’s highest honor, for work he performed to implement the National Strategy to Reduce Congestion on America’s Transportation Network.

Jayme currently lives with his beautiful wife Katie and son Lucas in Alexandria, Virginia, where he serves as Vice-Chair of the Alexandria Transportation Commission and attends the Alexandria 2nd Ward. Jayme got his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from BYU before attending law school at the University of Utah.

    Kaimi: My wife Katie is the vanguard in our family. She has published a bit, most recently in Dialogue, and done some blogging on JI.
