That stands for “Historian In, Historian Out”–Times and Seasons bids farewell to one historian, Paul Reeve, and welcomes another, David Grua. While Paul has already climbed the pinnacle of academic achievement (a.k.a. landing a tenure-track job in history), David, a master’s degree student in history at BYU, has just begun his assault on the summit. David is also one of the upstart bloggers over at Juvenile Instructor who have shaken up the blogs lately by knowing something about Mormon history (before posting about it, I mean) and introducing archival evidence to their posts. (Why, if it weren’t for you meddling kids, my plan would have worked perfectly…but I digress.) Times and Seasons has lured invited David to share some of his thoughts on Mormon history, the Juvenile Instructor, and whatever else he can come up with. Welcome, David!
David, nice to “see” you again.
We mourn the king. Long live the king.
Thanks, Paul Reeve. Welcome, David Grua.
Aw Jonathon, were you really trying to weasel the dwarf theme song to “Snow White” into my head all day long?? A pox upon you!
Thanks, Paul Reeve, for the interesting reading. And David Grua, I look forward to your insights!
